Production Capacity
Our modern intelligent manufacturing base is equipped with a complete set of automated production equipment, including 26 fully automatic UD fabric production lines, 30 compound machines, 10 plate vulcanizing machines and various supporting facilities. The whole production process, from raw material processing, directional weaving, lamination to vulcanization shaping, is fully automated.
With superior production facilities, we are able to produce UD fabrics with various densities and mechanical properties. We handle both large-volume standard orders and customized orders efficiently, ensuring sufficient production capacity and on-time delivery.

We mainly supply a full range of UHMW-PE unidirectional fabrics and composite fabrics.
